Exhibit & Sponsorship Opportunities

TABLETOP
EXHIBIT SPACE

$2,500

Each exhibit space is a 6 foot tabletop exhibit space, including a 6' table skirtless table with two chairs and electricity. There is limited space behind the table display, we recommend 2-3 booth staff max at any given time. There is an unlimited number of booth staff that can be registered. Wifi is available in the convention area of the hotel. Space is reserved on a first, come first assigned basis and will do our best to accommodate requests to be separated by competitors. Multiple exhibit spaces can be purchased by the same company.

Exhibitors must provide their own tablecloth. The exhibit space is a tabletop exhibit space, so no pop up booths can be used. Pull up signage is allowed. Exhibits must be installed within the parameters of your exhibit space with no components extending beyond. All interactive features must be installed with the confines of your exhibit space. Your installation may not block other exhibitors. No banners, signs or other material may be nailed, taped, hung to any hotel property.

LEAD RETRIEVAL

$300

Lead retrieval will be provided by our partner ExpoPass. EXPO Pass will reach out as it gets closer to the event for you to purchase your Lead retrieval system. EXPO Pass offers an app for all mobile devices and the ability to customize your lead generation questions to best qualify your leads. Each exhibitor is allowed up to 5 users of the EXPO Pass app during the exhibit. All leads can be exported in an excel spreadsheet.

BADGE LANYARD

Your corporate logo displayed on the VendorFest badge lanyard, distributed to all attendees upon arrival at the conference.

PRIZE WHEEL

Sponsor the VendorFest prize wheel in your exhibit space. The prize wheel booth will be manned by the sponsor’s staff, and all the branded giveaways are branded with the sponsor’s logo. Prize wheel, complimentary exhibit space, and 2500 branded items are included in sponsor fee.

FOOD & BEVERAGE SPONSORSHIP

Sponsor one of our food or beverage stations around the exhibit hall. Sponsor signs will be prominently displayed at food stations.

CONFERENCE BAGS

Be the first and most consistent company logo seen by VendorFest attendees. Attendees will carry your logo on their branded bag throughout the conference. Sponsorship includes one promotional item in the bag, which is subject to approval.

The Headshot Lounge offers attendees the opportunity to have free professional portraits taken while they are at VendorFest. The lounge will be branded with your company’s logo and promoted with additional signage. As the exclusive sponsor, you will also have the option to display promotional materials and giveaways at the Headshot Lounge. This sponsorship includes the cost of the photographer, the Headshot Lounge exhibit space, and one exhibit space for the sponsor.
